The 4-Person Worm from Fitness Tech is a functional training weighted bag designed for large team workouts and team cross training challenges. With a 125 kg load distributed across four compartments, it demands coordination, strength, and stability among the four athletes during each lift and joint movement.

Its irregular weight distribution sets it apart from a conventional bag: the ballast bags can be repositioned between compartments, changing the load distribution and difficulty level. Maintenance and Care

Clean by hand with a brush, not suitable for washing machines. The fabric is not waterproof, so it is advisable to store indoors and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or sunlight. It can be used outdoors but should be stored indoors for optimal preservation.
