Lever Lat Pulldown Row: independent arms and divergent movement
The Fitness Tech Pro Series Lever Lat Pulldown Row machine combines the pulling action of a row and lat pulldown with plate-loaded resistance and a guided movement path. It is designed to isolate and strengthen the latissimus dorsi, with involvement from the biceps, rhomboids, and rear deltoids, and reproduces the feel and range of motion of free weights with the added safety of a machine.
Designed for boutique gyms, clubs, and sports centers with users who train regularly, it is accessible to all levels thanks to its easy entry and exit and a guided movement path from start to finish. The user adjusts the seat height with a hydraulic gas spring and lever without standing up and secures the legs with an adjustable padded roller.
Its Q235 steel frame with 50 × 100 × 3 mm oval tubing and double-layer electrostatic powder coating are designed for daily, frequent use.
Isolated latissimus dorsi, one side at a time
Each lever arm works independently, so the weaker side does not rely on the stronger side, helping correct imbalances between both sides. The movement is divergent: the arms move apart during the pull, following the natural movement of the back and promoting a more complete lat contraction.
Adjust in seconds and secure the legs for safe pulling
The seat height is changed with the lever, without getting off the machine, and the leg roller keeps the user in position throughout the pull. With the load on fixed-path levers, the user can take the set close to failure without a spotter without technique deteriorating as fatigue sets in. The load is mounted using Olympic plates on both sleeves, and the four frame-mounted storage posts keep the plates beside the machine when not in use.
Key features
- Lever system: guided and controlled movement with the feel of free weights.
- Independent and divergent arms: each side works separately, and the movement follows the natural motion of the back.
- Latissimus dorsi training: rowing and lat pulldown action in one machine, with involvement from the biceps, rhomboids, and rear deltoids.
- Assisted seat adjustment: hydraulic gas spring and lever for adjusting the height in seconds without standing up.
- Adjustable leg roller: secures the legs and maintains position during the pull.
- Plate-loaded resistance of up to 100 kg per sleeve: allows the resistance to be adapted to each user's level.
- 2 loading sleeves and 4 storage posts: made of stainless steel and compatible with Ø50 mm Olympic plates.
- Galvanized Q235 steel frame: 50 × 100 × 3 mm oval tubing with corrosion-resistant treatment for a stable base.
- Double-layer powder coating: applied by high-voltage electrostatic spraying for a uniform, durable finish.
- Rubber grips with aluminum end caps: secure and comfortable throughout the set.
- Padded seat and roller: high-density foam with Fitness Tech embroidery.
