Adjustable Starting Point to Protect the Shoulder

The loading arms feature two initial position stops that allow advancing the starting point of the movement compared to the standard rear position. This prevents the user from starting the press with the shoulder excessively retracted, reducing the risk of overstretching in the initial phase and allowing the range of motion to be adapted to each user’s mobility. The system maintains constant tension throughout the entire movement, promoting efficient upper pectoral work with greater control and safety. Built on a 50 × 80 × 2.5 mm Q235 steel tube structure with galvanized anti-corrosion coating, it ensures stability and durability during intensive training.
